● Biggest week: Carlee Otero, $18,725 across four rodeos in three states, won the new Ridgeview Pro Rodeo (Driggs, Idaho) on Slye. Came in 9th in the world, projects to about 6th.
● Biggest single payday: Tayla Moeykens won Sisters, Oregon ($9,785), moving into the top 10.
● Back and fresh: Michelle Alley and Stiletto won Eagle off summer rest.
● Comeback of the week: Andrea Busby won Woodward, Oklahoma, on Benny, his first rodeo in 540 days, three years after she left that arena in a Flight for Life helicopter.
● Two-win week: Kappie Bryant won Weatherford and Mesquite on fan-favorite Pancakes (their Money Barrel interview drops this week).
● Standings: Kassie Mowry leads (about $139,000), with Duke, Beisel and Gibson-Stillwell behind and Kinsel 5th. Cathy Grimes is back in the top 15.

Calgary Stampede · The Field Is Set
● Final qualifier: Heidi Gunderson won the average to punch her ticket, Sydney Graham was 2nd, Jaylen Netherland 3rd.
● Challenger (fastest time in): Catherine Asmussen, 16.43. She and Netherland, both WPRA rookies and traveling partners, are Calgary-bound together.

The Money Barrel / Run at the Rose event. 452 checks paid to 137 different people.
● Futurity: Joy Wargo and Chasin Tres Cans won the average, about $32,000 of her payout and roughly $53,000 total for the young stallion.
● 2nd-high earner: Ceri Ward, about $29,000 on a string (Flinging Goodbye, BTR Moon Flash).
● Futurity reserve: Josianne St-Cyr and SC Boon Ta Be Famous, who also won the Vista Equine Breeders Futurity (about $28,000).
● Maturity: Taylor Langdon and Kiss My Butt Goodbye ($23,000), a full-circle win: the stallion is out of Vegas Firefighter, a mare Joy Wargo once ran.
● Open maturity: Brooklyn Stallone and Divide The Seis.
● New this year: the first Gold Rush event paid out about $35,000.
