The 2026 Pink Buckle Stallion Owners Select Sale sells 129 head Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
The preview is at 10 a.m., and the riding horses will be shown and streamed on pinkbuckle.com. The mixer is at 11:30 and the first hip sells at noon. Bidding is also open online at CCI.live.
Hip 48 is a Pink Buckle stallion slot. Victory Farms is selling it with VF Thunder Beast, a 2025 buckskin colt by Adios Pantalones out of Chase This Ivory.
Hip 5 is a stallion. KB El Tigre, a 2013 buckskin by Born Ta Be Famous, sells with his Ruby Buckle slot. His oldest foals are 6, and his dam is Talents Dark Angel.
Talents Dark Angel
Kay Blandford won the average at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo on Talents Dark Angel in 2011, 33.99 on two runs for $7,691. Two years later they were back at Cowtown and placed second in the average in 33.13.
The Flaming Talent mare also carried Blandford, a 12-time NFR qualifier from Sutherland Springs, Texas, to the WPRA Mega Finale title, and earned more than $258,000.
She has 13 money-earners and $558,527 in produce earnings, per QData. KB Talents Ta Heaven has $180,037. KB Angel Ta Fame won the WPRA World 1D Futurity and has $117,120. KN My Mamas Famous 2 won the Old Fort Days Derby, and KB Epic Angel placed third in the Pink Buckle 2D Derby.
David Brandon Smith consigned two out of her. Along with KB El Tigre, Hip 123 is KB Angels Shadow, a 2015 Dash Ta Fame mare that sells in foal to Tres Seis. She already has a 2024 Tres Seis colt, Dash Ta Flaming Seis.
Back from last year
Thee Ironman topped the horses at the 2025 Pink Buckle sale at $260,000. His full sister, Thee Iron Lady, sells this year as Hip 61. She is a yearling by Tres Seis out of MJ Segers Fast Lane, from the same consignors, Grant and Rayel Little.
Sharin Hall Barrel Horses sold a Tres Seis embryo out of Hello Stella for $110,000 last year. This time it is an Epic Leader foal in utero out of the same mare, Hip 35.
Designer Ruby has two in the catalog, a Tres Seis embryo as Hip 27 and Rollin In Rubies, a 2025 DM High Roller filly, as Hip 114. A Goodbye Lane embryo out of her sold for $60,000 in 2025.
Lil Miss Firewater also has two, Hips 108 and 122. Her Tres Seis embryo brought $67,000 last year.
Hip 33, No Pants Required, is a yearling full brother to Adios Pantalones, the winningest stallion of all time in the arena, by Tres Seis out of French Bar Belle. Hip 75, Hes The Goodz, is a yearling full brother to Adioss, by The Goodbye Lane out of Tres Movidas.
BarrelRacing.com’s Pink Buckle coverage is presented by Classic Equine.
