The top 15 cowgirls of the Women’s Professional Rodeo Association regular season standings are set to run down the alleyway for 10 consecutive nights in Las Vegas, and these are the cream of the crop horses headed to the NFR on their trailers.

“JLo,” is the same great mare that Ivy Saebens captured an NFR aggregate title aboard in the Thomas & Mack. The 2009 mare by Frenchmans Fabulous and out of star producing mare Mistys Dash Of Fame has over $1 million LTE and will be in Las Vegas backing up Sis.

“Gus,” helped Smalygo make her first trip to NFR in 2022, and he picked up his own round win inside the Thomas & Mack. In 2024, they’re setup to duke it out in the World Championship race with Kinsel after Gus won The Calgary Stampede and RodeoHouston both in 2024.

Blazin Boss

The 2016 stallion Blazin Boss will be headed to Vegas to support Gus and Smalygo. She’s had the 2016 Blazin Jetolena out of Famous Moonlight by Dash Ta Fame for several months to work on tuning her timing and positioning on “Boss,” and Smalygo is looking to add to the up-and-comer’s already impressive resume if she sends him down the yellow alleyway.

3. Ashley Castleberry

Skyy Blue

Skyy Blue, the same gelding that helped Castleberry achieve top 20 in the world status back in 2023, came back to put the NFR first-timer in the World Championship conversation in 2024. The 2013 stout gelding by Stoli is out of Sweeten My Dreams by Runaway Rebel.
