Dona Kay Rule spent her life training and selling her winners, but when High Valor came into her barn, he changed that. Now a 3X NFR qualifier riding an AQHA Horse of the Year, Dona Kay is a true cowgirl that anyone can look up to. We can’t wait to see these two return to Vegas to make up for lost time in 2020, coming off their recent WPRA Finals Championship!
