The 2025 San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo barrel racing starts Thursday, Feb. 6 with a tournament full of 50 barrel racers ready to test their mettle at one of the biggest indoor rodeos of the season.

• Top 32 from 2024 Pro Rodeo Standings
• Top 4 from the 2024 WPRA Tour Standings
• Top 10 contestants from the San Antonio Rodeo Qualifier

San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo format

San Antonio’s tournament-style format includes 19 PRCA rodeo performances where contestants compete back to back in each Bracket. The top four money winners advance to a Semifinal Round and the top five out of each Semifinal advance to the Finals. The most money earned at the end of the Finals will be crowned the San Antonio Rodeo Champion.

Rodeo Wildcard

On Saturday, February 22 at 12:00 PM, the 10 contestants in each event who did not advance to the Finals from the Semifinal will have one more chance to make it into the Finals. The highest score and fastest time wins.
