With the dominance displayed in the rodeo this past week by a daughter of PC Frenchmans Hayday, we decided to go to the start of this dynasty and talk with Tigh and Breelyn Cowan of T4 Quarter Horses, the home of Sun Frost. Tigh’s dad, Pat Cowan, is responsible for this yellow stallion who undeniably helped create a tougher, more gritty and fast breed of barrel horse and equine athlete.
