Situated in the heart of Parker County, this world-class property was designed by horsemen, for horsemen, to elevate the experience for trainers, horses, livestock and fans alike. There is no place like it in the world.

“The Itkin’s have already proved that their passion and commitment to the Western equine sports industry is strong rooted,” Don Bell, Icon Global broker, said. “Parker County could not have found a better family to expand the efforts already put forth on this iconic property. It will be fun to watch their program unfold.”

Spanning hundreds of acres of thoughtfully planned ranch land, the TR9 Ranch and Equestrian Facility was built as a fully integrated performance destination. Every detail—from the layout of the barns to the placement of the arenas—was designed to support elite training, seamless horse care, and large-scale events, all while preserving the feel and function of a working Western ranch.

The property features multiple indoor and outdoor performance arenas, extensive cattle-handling infrastructure, cutting-edge barns and purpose-built spaces for conditioning, training and recovery. The ranch also includes spectator-friendly viewing areas and event-ready amenities that allow fans to experience Western performance sports up close, without compromising the horse-first environment.

Theorem is honored to carry the ranch’s legacy forward.

“We are committed to maximizing this ranch’s potential,” Theorem’s Kisha Itkin said. “We believe this ranch will be a key component of our plan to help grow Western performance sports. The elite facilities will provide unique opportunities for horses, trainers, riders and fans. The possibilities are endless.”

Designed to host premier competitions, demonstrations, and industry gatherings, the facility blends modern capability with Western authenticity—creating a place where tradition, innovation, and community intersect.

Its scale and versatility allow for multiple disciplines to operate simultaneously, making it one of the most advanced and flexible Western performance facilities ever built. This rare combination positions the ranch as both a working headquarters for elite horsemen and a destination for audiences discovering the sport for the first time.

Bridging Texas & Montana

The Itkins—who spend time in both Texas and Montana—view Theorem Ranch’s expansion into Texas as a natural next step.

“For generations, cattle drives between the two states shaped ranching traditions, horsemanship skills and the shared values that defined the American West,” Jason Itkin said. “By linking these two properties, we plan to celebrate that legacy while helping increase the nation’s appreciation for Western culture.”

As owners of the $23.2 million sire Stevie Rey Von, the Itkins believe the ranch will create exciting opportunities for longtime Western performance enthusiasts—and for new audiences who will fall in love with the sport once they experience it.

“Through Theorem Ranch and this incredible facility, we look forward to honoring the tradition, hard work, and values that make Western performance sports so great, while sharing unforgettable experiences with the public that will last a lifetime,” Kisha said.

Honoring Tradition While Help Bring Performance Sports to the Next Level

Under Theorem’s ownership, TR9 Ranch will operate as a true performance institute—a purpose-built environment designed to help both horses and riders achieve their absolute best.

The ranch will focus on elite training, horsemanship development and long-term equine welfare, integrating world-class arenas, cattle programs, conditioning systems and horse-first management practices. The vision for enduring excellence extends across Western performance disciplines.

To lead this effort, legendary horseman Todd Bergen has been named General Manager of Theorem Ranch Texas. Bergen is one of the most accomplished figures in Western performance history and a rare futurity winner in both the NRHA and NRCHA.

In addition, three-time World’s Greatest Horseman Champion Corey Cushing and NCHA Hall of Famer and two-time futurity winner Craig Thompson will train outside horses at the ranch, offering owners and their horses access to the best-in-class facility and new advancements planned by Theorem.

“By combining this ranch, the legendary team, and the Itkin’s vision, we have the chance to build something truly special and lasting for our industry,” Bergen said. “I plan to work tirelessly to make sure the ranch reaches its full potential—by doing right by the horses, supporting the trainers and riders who come here, and building a place that stands for excellence, integrity and long-term impact in Western performance sports.”

Theorem Ranch is committed to strategic, intentional and long-term growth in the Western performance industry. Additional details regarding the ranch’s future plans will be released in the coming months.
