The $45,000-added San Angelo Rodeo barrel racing got underway with slack on Monday, March 28, and upon completion of the 10th performance on April 14, the field is set for a thrilling finale featuring the top 12 (plus ties) on April 15 at 7:30 pm. Round one of the barrel race took place at 1st Community Credit Union Spur Arena while the Progressive round for the top 120 consisted of qualifiers running in 10 performances from slowest to fastest with a random draw in each performance held in the Foster Communications Coliseum.
