Pink Buckle and Ruby Buckle Add Kayla Jones to Leadership Team as Communications & Marketing Director of

Jones brings over a decade of barrel racing production experience to her new role as the liaison between the Pink and Ruby Buckle, barrel racers, stallion owners and sponsors.

The Pink Buckle and Ruby Buckle are upping the company’s commitment to the expansion of the barrel racing industry by adding Kayla Jones to its leadership team as the communications and marketing director for the sport’s most lucrative incentives. 

Jones, of Watkins, Colorado, brings to the Equine Network brands 12 years of experience as a producer of the Colorado Classic stallion incentive and barrel race, as well as years of media management in her collaborate role with Equine Network as host of the industry-leading podcast, The Money Barrel. She will bring a clear, keen voice to the Pink and Ruby, which has paid out a massive $33.3 million since its inception in 2018. Jones will begin her position with the Equine Network Feb. 18, 2025.  

“Bringing Kayla to the team will allow us direct lines of communication to barrel racers, as Kayla has her finger on the pulse of the barrel racing industry at all levels,” Equine Network CEO Tom Winsor said. “Jones has proven time and time again that she understands and connects with barrel racers across the world, and we are excited to bring her expertise to the table.” 

Jones will work closely with Chad and Tiffany Beus, as well as brand manager Kylie Sisam and the rest of the staff at the Pink and Ruby to develop new channels of communication strategy between all parties, with a continued commitment to bettering the sport of barrel racing and making the experience better than ever before for stallion owners and competitors during races and during downtime, too.

Jones is a Mountain States Circuit Finalist, futurity and derby champion and trainer who raises her own young horses and works with stallion owners across the country to raise and train great horses. The Money Barrel, the podcast she developed five years ago, is widely known for fostering honest conversation in the sport of barrel racing, making Jones an invaluable asset to the Pink and Ruby team.
