A rising force in the performance-horse world, 2021 stallion Watch The Lane brings the signature style and athleticism of The Goodbye Lane into the barrel pen—paired with the speed, bone and longevity the Sun Frost line is known for.

At just four years old, he has already amassed $105,130 in lifetime earnings across multiple disciplines, positioning him as one of the most exciting young sires now accessible to barrel racers.

“Out of the Sun Frost–bred Earlette, Watch The Lane has a unique pedigree carrying the elite traits of the proven sire The Goodbye Lane, paired with the time-tested durability and grit of the Sun Frost family,” said Reliance Ranches Trainer, Bobby Mote. “He’s the kind of young stallion built to cross well on today’s fast-footed mare power.”

While his résumé includes wins in the roping pen, Watch The Lane’s speed, responsiveness and trainability have turned heads across the entire futurity landscape. He earned multiple championships in 2025 under several riders and disciplines, totaling $105,130 across the Open, Intermediate, Limited Heading and Non-Pro Heading—showing remarkable consistency, mind and versatility for a stallion his age.

In June 2025, he captured the biggest win of his career to date when he was crowned Old West Futurity Champion with Rhen Richard, earning a $50,000 payday.

For barrel racers, his incentive lineup is equally appealing. Watch The Lane is currently enrolled in the Pink Buckle, Royal Crown, Ruby Buckle, Gold Buckle and Riata Stallion Incentive programs, making his future colts eligible for some of the industry’s richest payouts.

Breeding contracts may now be requested through watchthelane.com or through Lazy E Ranch.
His 2026 breeding fee is $2,500, and frozen semen will be offered only while he continues his show career.
