The 2024 Mountain States Circuit Finals took place on Oct. 25-26 in Loveland, Colorado, and saw the crowning of the year-end champions and circuit finals aggregate winners.
The multi-time World Champion Brittany Pozzi Tonozzi entered the Mountain States Circuit Finals barrel racing with a $10,824 lead on the pack of 12 barrel racers. Although she was nearly untouchable, she sealed the deal with placings in two rounds, a round win and the aggregate title in 46.25 seconds on three runs. She earned a total of $8,135 to sweep the titles. Tonozzi was aboard the standout gelding Sir Epic, a 2018 JL Sirocco gelding out of So Very Epic by Epic Leader.

Tonozzi’s efforts lengthened her lead on the pack in the year-end, where she closed out the season in the No. 1 position with an unofficial $38,428. That means that alongside Tonozzi, the No. 2 finisher in the circuit, 2023 champion Andrea Busby will join her in the NFR Open lineup in summer 2025.
